In our body most uric acid dissolves in blood and travels to the kidneys from there. Most of the uric acid leaves your body when you pee and when you poop. But if your body makes too much uric acid and your kidneys aren't working well, uric acid can build up in the blood because of this crystals of uric acid can form and collect in the joints. If you are Type 2 diabetic then your risk of developing life-threatening health problems like heart disease and kidney disease is higher than those of without diabetes and now it's time for you to make important changes in your life to improve your general health and also help in reducing the damage caused by a surplus of blood sugar.

1. Get physically active :

Get your self involve in physical activities which will benefit you a lot. It will Lower down your blood sugar, Lose weight. Aerobic training and exercise can help to control your diabetes, which helps in  keeping your blood sugar normal. Exercise decreases stress, helps to control blood pressure and cholesterol. 

2. Take plenty of fiber food :

Reduce intake of high-sugar foods and add high-fiber food in your meal , such as green vegetables, fruit, beans, nuts and whole grains. Fiber reach food helps in lowering your risk of heart disease, Fiber food also helps in reducing risk of diabetes by improving your blood sugar control.

3. Manage your stress :

Excess stress can increase blood sugar levels. Stress and diabetes can't go together. Increased levels of stress can often lead to high blood pressure. When you feel stressed try some simple techniques like meditation, doing yoga, muscle relaxation exercises or deep breathing. If still you unable to manage your stress then consult your doctor to overcome your stress. 

4. Monitor your health levels and quit smoking : 

Type 2 diabetes is typically associated with imbalanced levels of  blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. So one should monitor levels of all three, time to time yourself at home. And the patent with type 2 diabetes should quit smoking. Effects of smoking can be more harmful as Cigarette smoke damages your blood vessels and heart. 

5. Stay connected to your doctor :

Contact your doctor on regularly bases. Get a complete checkup at least once a year.  Make sure to check your all three levels - blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels. It will help to manage your diabetes and make you feel healthy and happy.
